PixelLights are backed by a 3-year product-only warranty, for installs that follow correct installation procedure. To be eligible for warranty, customers must sign-up for warranty within 90 days of installation.
To sign up for warranty, please fill out the sign-up form below. You will need to provide proof of purchase and installation, as well as photos of your installation. Once your warranty is approved, you will receive confirmation via email.
Users making a claim for replacement product must fill out the warranty claim form below.
If your warranty claim is accepted, customers must ship their claim materials to PixelLights including a return shipping label. Upon receipt of both items, PixelLights will send exact replacement materials to applicants.
