The warranty form must be submitted within 90 days of installation. All fields must be filled out, including proof of invoice and operation.

**Your warranty will not cover “Hot-plugged Lights.” This means lights that have been connected to the controller while it is plugged into a power source. To ensure this does not happen, unplug the controller from the outlet before connecting any light strings.**
