To submit your Warranty Form, please read the following information and fill out the fields.

The warranty form must be submitted within 90 days of installation. All fields must be filled out, including proof of invoice and operation.

Disclaimer: Our warranty does NOT cover installation. We will only warranty product that has been installed per our installation procedure.

**Your warranty will not cover “Hot-plugged Lights.” This means lights that have been connected to the controller while it is plugged into a power source. To ensure this does not happen, unplug the controller from the outlet before connecting any light strings.**
